Frequently Asked Questions

How did you get started in training?

I began personal training by being an athlete. I’ve always loved working out and the energy that comes with it. Transforming yourself will help you in so many ways and not just how you look but how you think and move.

What advice would you give to customers looking to hire you?

Advice that I would give is to understand what the trainer is doing for you fully. This ranges from motivation, accountability, program design, injury prevention, prehab, workout technique, nutrition recommendations, stress relief and maintaining personal relationships with clients.

What education and experience do you have?

Bachelors of Science: degree in Health and Human Performance with a specification in Exercise Science. Certified through ISSA and CPR certified through the American Heart association. Other credentials include walking on to the University of Louisville’s football team, working at the University’s student recreation center, interning for Florida Gulf Cost University, interning at sports performance facilities and participating in the Naples Basketball Academy in south Florida. I worked for ProFormance in Louisville giving me a diverse selection of clients wanting to lose weight, gain weight or prepare for sports.

What does the process look like?

I request to schedule a meeting in person or on FaceTime/zoom. Once the meeting is being conducted I run the client through a health history form, Par-Q, 24hour policy cancellation and then a functional movement assessment. All of which will help provide me with variables in constructing a plan to reach desired goals.

What type of customers have you worked with before?

I have worked with all types of customers ranging from 8-52 years of age. Whether they want to lose weight, gain weight or prepare for sport.
